Laramide Environmental, LLC is a small, independent consulting firm specializing in groundwater, water quality, and environmental data management. Laramide is committed to providing its clients with highly effective solutions to environmental problems.

Many environmental issues require a multi-disciplinary approach to develop appropriate responses. Laramide maintains productive relationships with other professionals and firms. These relationships provide the capability to form project teams with the right expertise to address a wide variety of problems. This approach to developing project teams minimizes the overhead costs of maintaining a large staff while providing the specific expertise needed to investigate and resolve environmental concerns.

Working as a prime consultant, sub-consultant, or as part of a project team, Laramide provides consulting services in three basic areas:

• Groundwater: Laramide's services focus on groundwater-related issues. Specific areas of expertise include:

  • Numerical modeling of groundwater flow & contaminant transport
  • Aquifer test design, execution, and analysis
    

• Water Quality: Many of Laramide's projects involve evaluation of water-quality issues. Our capabilities include:
  
  • Groundwater and surface-water sampling
  • Forensic hydrogeology: Evaluation of historical groundwater contamination
  • Baseline and operational water-quality monitoring
  • Sampling and report preparation in support of permit applications, Environmental Assessments, and Environmental Impact Statements
  
  

• Environmental Data Management: A growing concern is the management and evaluation of large environmental data sets. Many projects involve either the collection of large amounts of data or the evaluation of many years of existing data. Laramide provides expert assistance with data management problems, including:
